Emergency Services Water Damage for a Livermore Office Hallway

The broken water line from the nearby restroom soaked the carpeting in this Livermore office corridor with standing water that was a slip hazard and secondary water damage to the walls and trim work. Our SERVPRO ASD applied structural drying crew soon arrived and vacuumed the water from the carpet. The owner of the building then decided to replace the okay carpeting with new engineered wood flooring. We agreed upon a price not covered by the insurance policy and proceeded to complete the request as shown in the After Photo. Our fast initial response meant no demolition was needed on the walls or vinyl floor molding, reused with the new floor. We work with our clients to maximize the result while minimizing the expenses.
